We will teach you how to care for your hearing devices at the time of your initial fitting, but feel free to visit us during our TLC walk-in hours (Mon. – Thurs., 11am – Noon and 2pm – 3pm) for a routine cleaning of your hearing aids.

We have a state-of-the-art laboratory that can service and repair your hearing aids in our office often on a day’s notice. If your hearing instrument ultimately needs to be sent out for repair, we will be glad to expedite that service for you. Clients with one of our service plans are welcome to stop by our office during the TLC walk-in hours: Mon. – Thurs., 11am – Noon and 2pm – 3pm. If you need service but cannot come at this time please call for an appointment. While ineligible for our TLC Walk-in program, we do offer special maintenance and repair appointments for those who were fit elsewhere.
